How to refer to yourself, others, and teams when asking Marlee a question

When asking Marlee a question, here are three general tips to follow when referring to yourself, others, and teams to ensure that Marlee generates the most accurate data for you:

Tip 1:

When asking a query about yourself, we would recommend using first-person pronouns, like I, me, or my so that Marlee can generate a response based on the results of your motivational analysis

Some sample questions about yourself:

  • What do I uniquely contribute to my team?
  • What motivates and brings out the best in me?
  • What are my weaknesses or blindspots for being a @role?

Tip 2:

When asking a query about a direct connection or someone in your team, we would recommend using @name (ie. @John) for every name that isn't yourself so that Marlee can generate a response based on the motivational analysis results of the user you've chosen

Some sample questions about a different user:

  • How do I best collaborate with @name?
  • What motivates and brings out the best in @name?
  • How can I coach @name to achieve success?

Tip 3:

When asking a query about a team workspace, we would recommend using @team (ie. @Product Team) so that Marlee can generate a response against the workspace you've chosen

Some sample questions about a team:

  • Am I a good cultural fit for @team?
  • How well will @name work with @team?
  • How am I similar to @team?

Bring out the best in everyone.
