Published 30 Aug 2024
In this guide, you'll learn how to ask Marlee a question about your team.
Before we start, you'll need to invite your team to connect with you in Marlee and set up a workspace for your team.
For this example, we'll use the Growth Team, which is already set up in the Marlee app.
Let's get started
First, visit the Marlee website at GetMarlee.com.
If you're forming a new team, type a question about the cultural fit of your new team member into the search field.
Marlee will share insights on team similarities and differences based on motivations. The similarities are listed at the top, and how team members complement each other appears below.
Another way to ask questions is to click on the search field at the top of the page. Below the search field, a list of sample prompts or queries will appear.
You could also ask Marlee to predict where team conflict may arise.
Type into the search field: "What are the potential areas of conflict within the growth team?"
In the search field at the top, you can also ask Marlee a question about yourself, in relation to your team.
Once you gain a deeper understanding of each team member's unique work style, you can adapt your working and communication methods to harmonize team collaboration and build deeper team connections.
❤️ Enjoy getting to know your team with Marlee! ❤️
