Before we get started, think about what you prefer in terms of your ideal work environment. For example, you may be working in a role requiring much solo space. Still, maybe you prefer being around other people and having the opportunity to talk, brainstorm, and interact with others. Select what is most fulfilling for you.

2) There are 40 questions in total. For each one, you'll drag and drop the options to rank them from most energising to least energising for you in the workplace.
When you're ready, click Next to move forward. You can also use the back arrow to revisit and adjust your previous responses at any time.
