How to see a candidate's motivational results?

How to View a Candidate's Motivation Results in Marlee

There are two ways to view a candidate’s motivation insights:

Option 1: View Directly from Their Profile

1) Go to your Candidate Space.

2) Navigate to People & Teams.

3) Click on the candidate’s name.

4) Their motivation results will be displayed on their profile page.

Option 2: Use an Individual Results Board

1) Go to your Candidate Space.

2) Click on Boards in the sidebar.

3) Select Individual Results Board.

4) Choose the candidate whose motivations you’d like to view.

5) Scroll through the board to explore their motivation data. Click Generate Insights for AI-powered explanations of their results.

Option 3: Ask About Your Team with Our AI, Ask Marlee

1) Go to your candidate Space.

2) Click on Queries

3) Make sure to write "@[candidate's name]" when asking questions. Here are some example queries:

- What motivates or drains @[candidate's name]?
- What motivates and brings out the best in @[candidate's name]?
- How do I connect with @[candidate's name]?
- Would @[candidate's name] work well with @[Space name}?
- What role is @candidate's name] best suited to?
